中药缓释滴丸滴制备动力学分析与模型构建

摘要 中药是国内备受重视的领域之一,滴丸作为中药制剂中一种重要的制备形式,引起了众多制药企业与研究学者的关注。文章通过数值模拟的方法对中药缓释滴丸的滴制过程进行研究,分析药液自然滴落和冷凝固化的动力学原理,探讨液体的流变性、成型介质的种类和温度、壁材的温度和厚度等因素对滴丸的球形度、偏心率等关键物理指标的影响规律,为高品质滴丸的工业化生产提供理论依据和实验支持。研究表明,成型介质的密度和黏度对其与药液的相对速度值有显著影响,相对速度数值越小,滴丸形状越规则;壁材凝固时间对滴丸的偏心率也有显著影响,调节滴制参数,将凝固时间控制在一定范围内,有助于降低偏心率。 Chinese medicine is one of the cherished fields in China.Dropping pill is an important fabrication form in Chinese medicine formulations,and has attracted increasing attention of pharmaceutical companies and researchers.In this paper,the dripping fabrication process of Chinese medicine sustained release dropping pill was exploded through numerical method.The dynamic mechanism of dripping and solidifying process was analyzed.The influences of the liquid rheological properties,the type and temperature of the forming medium,and the temperature and thickness of the wall material on key indicators such as sphericity and eccentricity of the dropping pills were studied,providing theoretical basis and experimental support for the industrial fabrication of high-quality dropping pills.The results indicated that the density and viscosity of the forming medium have an impact on its relative velocity with the dropping pill.Regularity of the dropping pill improves with the decrease of relative velocity value.The eccentricity of dropping pill is significantly affected by the solidification time of the wall material.Adjusting the dripping parameters and controlling the solidification time can reduce the eccentricity.
