摘要
以新型城镇化高质量发展为目标,立足于存量发展的时代背景,科学审视城市核心区产业集聚区的发展问题,以产城人协同视角,探索各要素之间的协同机制,以产城融合理论为基础延伸挖潜产城人的横向互动关系,立足产业集群理论探索产业纵向协作,并以广州琶洲产业集聚区的规划实践进行实证分析,以问题为导向、以人为核心,切实将人与产业、空间进行深度链接和协同,提出相应的规划方法,指引规划实施落地。
In the era of urban redevelopment towards high quality urbanization,the issues of industrial agglomeration area development in central urban district need to be reviewed from the angle of industry-city-people integration,and the coordination mechanism among different parameters shall be studied.The horizontal interaction of industry,city,and people is explored based on the theory of industry-city integration,and the vertical collaboration of industries is explored based on industrial agglomeration theory.With the planning of Pazhou industrial agglomeration area in Guangzhou as an example,the human-oriented planning approach connecting people,industry and space is proposed for implementation under guidance.
