摘要
针对某50/10t铸造桥式起重机卷筒轴断裂失效分析案例,结合断口形貌分析、材料金相组织分析、加工过程分析,全面排查了卷筒轴断裂失效的原因,搭建了铸造桥式起重机的动力学分析模型,计算了传动链中卷筒及钢丝绳的动态载荷,并分析了动载作用下卷筒的结构强度及卷筒轴的疲劳寿命。结果表明,该起卷筒轴断裂失效事故中,卷筒轴的结构硬度、材料组织良好,卷筒轴过渡圆角处会产生明显应力集中,周期性动载产生的交变应力会导致桥式起重机卷筒轴疲劳寿命大大减小,属于高名义应力的旋转弯曲疲劳断裂。
In order to analyze the causes of the fracture failure analysis of the drum shaft of a 50/10t casting bridge crane,the fracture morphology analysis,material metallographic structure analysis and manufacturing process analysis have been carried out,the causes of the fracture failure of the drum shaft were comprehensively investigated,the dynamic analysis model of casting bridge crane was established,and the dynamic loads of drum and wire rope in the transmission chain were calculated,and the structural strength of the drum and the fatigue life of the drum shaft under dynamic load were calculated.The results showed that the structure hardness and material structure of the reel shaft are fine,the obvious stress concentration at the fillet of the drum shaft,and the fatigue life of the drum shaft of the bridge crane greatly reduced because of the cyclic dynamic loading,which showed that this fracture failure belongs to rotating bending fatigue fracture with high nominal stress.
