摘要
目的 研究环氧乙烷灭菌法对精密器械灭菌质量及损伤情况的影响。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年12月医院灭菌供应科的800件精密器械,以随机数字表法将其分为环氧乙烷组(400件)及等离子组(400件)。环氧乙烷组选用环氧乙烷灭菌法实施灭菌处理,等离子组选用低温等离子灭菌法实施灭菌处理。比较两组精密器械的灭菌质量、损伤情况、灭菌时间及灭菌保存时间;此外选取40名医院灭菌供应室工作人员,分析两组的不良事件发生情况。结果 两组的灭菌合格率及灭菌前、后器械表面菌落数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);灭菌后,两组的器械表面菌落数少于灭菌前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。环氧乙烷组的精密器械损伤总发生率低于等离子组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。环氧乙烷组的灭菌时间长于等离子组,灭菌保存时间短于等离子组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组工作人员的不良事件总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 环氧乙烷灭菌法与低温等离子灭菌法对精密器械的灭菌质量相当,且环氧乙烷灭菌法的器械损伤发生风险低于等离子灭菌法,但灭菌时间更长,灭菌保存时间更短。因此,灭菌供应科应按照精密器械的特点及不同灭菌方法的优缺点,合理选用。
Objective To study the effects of ethylene oxide sterilization method on sterilization quality and damage of precision instruments.Methods A total of 800 precision instruments in the sterilization supply department of the hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into ethylene oxide group(400 pieces)and plasma group(400 pieces)by random number table method.The ethylene oxide group was sterilized by ethylene oxide sterilization method,and the plasma group was sterilized by low temperature plasma sterilization method.The sterilization quality,damage,sterilization time and sterilization preservation time of the two groups of precision instruments were compared;in addition,40 hospital sterilization supply room staffs were selected to analyze the occurrence of adverse events in the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the qualified rate of sterilization and the number of colonies on the surface of the instruments before and after sterilization between the two groups(P>0.05);after sterilization,the number of colonies on the surface of the instruments in the two groups was less than that before sterilization,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of precision instrument injury in the ethylene oxide group was lower than that in the plasma group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sterilization time of the ethylene oxide group was longer than that of the plasma group,and the sterilization preservation time was shorter than that of the plasma group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse events of staff between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The sterilization quality of precision instruments by ethylene oxide sterilization method and low temperature plasma sterilization method is comparable,and the risk of instrument damage by ethylene oxide sterilization method is lower than that by plasma sterilization method,but the ste
