摘要
目的分析芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦在心力衰竭患者的治疗方案中所发挥的重要作用。方法方便选取2021年1月-2023年6月新沂市中医医院收治的72例心力衰竭患者为研究对象,以随机数表分成两组,对照组(36例)采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗;研究组(36例)采用芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗。对比两组治疗效果、心功能指标、心律失常发生率及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组左室射血分数为(52.27±4.15)%,高于对照组的(44.37±3.62)%,左心室收缩末期内径(35.23±2.49)mm、左心室舒张末期内径(43.06±3.77)mm,低于对照组的(42.50±3.16)、(51.73±3.65)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=8.607、10.842、9.913,P均<0.05);研究组心律失常发生率为2.78%,低于对照组的22.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为19.44%,略高于对照组的13.88%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心力衰竭治疗过程中,应用芪苈强心胶囊联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦方案,可改善患者心功能,减少心律失常的发生,同时具有一定的药物安全性。
Objective To analyze the important role played by Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with sacubitril valsartan in the treatment regimen of heart failure patients.Methods A total of 72 patients with heart failure admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected conveniently as the study objects.They were divided into two groups based on a random number table.The control group(36 cases)was treated with sackubactril valsartan sodium tablets.The study group(36 cases)was treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with Sakubactril valsartan sodium tablets.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function index,incidence of arrhythmia and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group was(52.27±4.15)%,higher than that of the control group(44.37±3.62)%,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter was(35.23±2.49)mm,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was(43.06±3.77)mm.Which were lower than those of control group(42.50±3.16)mm and(51.73±3.65)mm,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.607,10.842,9.913,all P<0.05).The incidence of arrhythmia in the study group was 2.78%,which was lower than that in the control group(22.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 19.44%,slightly higher than that in the control group(13.88%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of heart failure,the application of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with sacubitril valsartan program can improve the patients'cardiac function,reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia,and at the same time,have a certain degree of drug safety.
