污水处理厂尾水排放对受纳河流细菌和真菌微生物群落的影响 被引量:1

Impacts of Treated Wastewater on Bacterial and Fungal Microbial Communities in Receiving Rivers

摘要 污水处理厂尾水的持续排放会重塑受纳河流的理化和生物条件,对河流水质和水生态产生潜在影响.选取惠州市东江沿线2座污水处理厂的受纳河流进行水样采集及分析,利用高通量测序进行样品DNA分析,系统研究细菌和真菌群落的组成结构及其分布,结合水体的理化指标更全面地反映尾水排放对受纳河流的影响.结果表明,污水处理厂尾水排放口处TP和NH_(4)^(+)-N等营养盐指标均高于受纳河流上游,尾水排放对受纳河流微生物的影响显著,细菌群落的丰富度明显降低.对受纳河流微生物群落组成和水体理化指标进行统计分析,发现DOM、TP和NH_(4)^(+)-N的变化对浮游微生物群落结构可能起关键作用.通过对浮游细菌和真菌群落结构及水体的理化性质综合分析研究,能够更加全面地揭示污水处理厂尾水排放对受纳河流引起的复合生态效应,对污水处理厂提标改造和城市河流的保护具有重大意义. The discharge of effluent from wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs)can potentially change the physicochemical and biological properties of receiving rivers,determining the water quality and aquatic ecology of the receiving rivers.Water samples were collected and analyzed from the receiving rivers of two WWTPs along the Dongjiang River in Huizhou,and DNA analysis was performed using high-throughput sequencing technology to systematically study the composition and distribution of bacterial and fungal communities and to provide a more comprehensive picture of the impacts of effluent discharge on the receiving rivers in combination with physicochemical indicators of the water bodies.The results showed that the nutrient indicators such as TP and NH_(4)^(+)-N were higher at the effluent outfall of the WWTPs than those at the upstream of the receiving rivers,and the impacts of the effluent discharge on the microorganisms in the upstream and downstream of the receiving rivers were significant,with the abundance of bacterial communities significantly reduced.The RDA of microbial community composition and water body physicochemical indicators in the receiving rivers revealed that changes in DOM,TP,and NH_(4)^(+)-N played a critical role in the structure of the planktonic microbial community.A comprehensive analysis of the structure of the planktonic bacterial and fungal communities and the physicochemical properties of the water body can reveal the complex ecological effects of the effluent discharge on the receiving rivers,which is of great significance for the upgrading of WWTPs and the protection of urban rivers.
