先张法预制混凝土30米双T梁整体式模具体系研究

摘要 先张法预制双T梁构造简单,具有良好的承载能力和稳定性,且施工便捷,便于工业化生产。本文依托上海市沿江通道西延伸改建工程,研究先张法预制30 m双T梁整体式模具的结构体系和设计思路。在整体式模具方案中,单侧模板在构件长度方向上被合并为一个整体,通过液压机构驱动模板整体移动,施工人员通过操作液压控制系统,可以实现模具整体式快速拆装。与传统散拆模具相比,整体式模具拆合模的所用时间和人工成本均明显下降,由于整体式模具拼缝较少,预制构件的外观质量和尺寸精度得到了大幅提升。 The pre-tensioned method for prefabricated double T-beams has a simple structure,good bearing capacity and stability,and is convenient for construction,making it easy for industrial production.This article focuses on the structural system and design ideas of the pre-tensioned precast 30 m double T-beams integral mold,based on the extension and reconstruction project along the westward direction of the riverside passage in Shanghai.In the integrated mold scheme,the single-sided template is merged into a whole in the length direction of the components,and the template is driven by a hydraulic mechanism to move as a whole.Construction personnel can achieve rapid disassembly and assembly of the mold as a whole by operating the hydraulic control system.Compared with traditional dismantling molds,the time and labor cost of dismantling and closing molds with integral molds have significantly decreased.Due to the fewer joints in integral molds,the appearance quality and dimensional accuracy of prefabricated components have been greatly improved.
