发电厂变压器运行维护策略研究与优化

摘要 文章旨在深入探讨发电厂变压器的运行维护策略,并详细分析其运行特性,包括变压器结构与原理、运行环境与工况以及常见故障模式与典型问题。通过对运行维护历史与现状的回顾,重点关注运行数据的收集与分析、常规维护实践以及突发故障应急处理的实际情况。在此基础上,提出了运行维护策略的优化方案,包括基于大数据的运行状态监测、预测性维护模型的建立、智能化设备健康管理以及基于风险评估的维护计划制定。通过这些策略的综合应用,实现了对发电厂变压器运行维护的全面提升,为发电厂变压器运行维护提供了科学的方法和可行的优化方案,为电力设备的可靠性与稳定性提供了有力支持。 This paper aims to deeply discuss the operation and maintenance strategy of power plant transformer,and analyze its operation characteristics in detail,including transformer structure and principle,operation environment and working conditions,as well as common failure modes and typical problems.By reviewing the history and current status of operation and maintenance,the author focuses on the collection and analysis of operation data,routine maintenance practices,and the actual situation of emergency handling of sudden faults.On this basis,the optimization scheme of operation and maintenance strategy is proposed,including the operation status monitoring based on big data,the establishment of predictive maintenance model,intelligent equipment health management and the development of maintenance plan based on risk assessment.Through the comprehensive application of these strategies,the comprehensive improvement of the operation and maintenance of power plant transformers is realized,and scientific methods and feasible optimization schemes are provided for the operation and maintenance of power plant transformers,which provides strong support for the reliability and stability of power equipment.
