摘要
结合工程实例分析研究全框支剪力墙结构体系的受力特点、抗震性能及可靠性,分析表明该结构体系能够避免上盖塔楼剪力墙或核心筒落地,能够最大化利用盖板并提高上盖物业开发强度,既节约用地,又能产生较大的社会、经济、环境等综合效益,为今后车辆段上盖开发带来一定参考及借鉴。
By combining engineering examples to analyze and study the stress characteristics,seismic performance,and reliability of the full frame supported shear wall structure system,the analysis shows that this structural system can avoid the landing of the shear wall or core tube on the upper tower,maximize the use of the cover plate,and improve the development strength of the upper property.This not only saves land for the group,but also generates significant social,economic,environmental and other comprehensive benefits.It provides certain reference and guidance for the development of the upper cover of the vehicle depot in the future.
