摘要
采用H_(2)O_(2)/Fe^(2+)构成的氧化体系对含有机磷清洗废水进行催化氧化后,再采用常规的物理化学处理方法进行处理,达到有机磷的去除及降低COD指标的目的。实验分析了影响芬顿体系反应的各种因素如H_(2)O_(2)添加量、FeSO_(4)添加量、反应pH、反应时间,最后总结出该反应的最佳条件:H_(2)O_(2)添加量50 mL/L,FeSO_(4)添加量15 g/L,初始pH=3.0,反应时间2 h。实验中的含有机磷清洗废水源于清洗汽车玻璃表面沾染的胶状物所排放的含羟基乙叉二膦酸的废水。
In this paper,an oxidation system composed of H_(2)O_(2)/Fe^(2+)is used to catalytically oxidize the cleaning wastewater containing organophosphorus,and then conventional physical and chemical treatment methods are used to treat it,so as to achieve the purpose of removing organophosphorus and reducing COD index.Various factors affecting the reaction of Fenton system were analyzed,including the addition amount of H_(2)O_(2),the addition amount of FeSO_(4),the reaction pH and the reac⁃tion time.Finally,the optimal reaction conditions were summarized:the addition amount of H_(2)O_(2) was 50 mL/L,the addition amount of FeSO_(4) was 15 g/L,the initial pH was 3.0,and the reaction time was 2 h.The organophosphorus-containing cleaning wastewater in the experiment was derived from the waste water containing hydroxy-ethylenediphosphonic acid dis⁃charged by cleaning the glue on the surface of automobile glass.
