潘集选煤厂高泥化煤泥水沉降絮凝研究

摘要 针对潘集选煤厂煤泥水难沉降现象,采用泥化实验、煤泥粒度分析及煤泥矿物组成成分探究了煤泥水难沉降的原因,并通过正交试验方法研究了凝聚剂种类、凝聚剂用量以及絮凝剂用量对煤泥水沉降的影响规律。结果表明,潘集选煤厂高灰原煤呈现高泥化现象,沉降煤泥粒度较细,且煤泥中含有大量的高岭石、石英等微细颗粒,造成该厂煤泥水难沉降。极差分析结果表明,以上清液浊度为考查指标,试验主次最优沉降条件为A1B1C1;以沉降速度为考查指标,试验主次最优沉降条件为A3B3C3。根据方差分析可知,对上清液浊度的影响大小顺序依次为凝聚剂种类>凝聚剂用量>絮凝剂用量;对沉降速度的影响大小顺序依次为凝聚剂种类>絮凝剂用量>凝聚剂用量。实验结果为解决潘集选煤厂煤泥水难沉降问题提供了有价值的技术实践指导。 Through slime test,particle size analysis,and mineral composition of coal slime in the Panji Coal Preparation Plant,the causes of water settlement of coal slime are analyzed,and the effects of coagulant type,coagulant dosage,and flocculant dosage on water settlement are studied by orthogonal test.The test results show that the high ash raw coal in the Panji Coal Preparation Plant presents high slime,the slime size is fine,and the slime contains a lot of fine particles such as kaolinite and quartz,which makes the slime difficult to settle by water.In the range analysis,the above clear liquid′s tur-bidity was the investigation index,and the optimal settlement condition was A1B1C1.Taking the settling velocity as the in-dex,the primary and secondary optimal settling condition is A3B3C3.According to variance analysis,the influence on the tur-bidity of supernatant is as follows:coagulant type>coagulant dosage>flocculant dosage,and the influence on settling ve-locity is as follows:coagulant type>flocculant dosage>coagulant dosage.
