摘要
脑深部电刺激疗法可显著改善帕金森病患者的运动症状。对于专科医生而言,微损毁效应虽众所周知,但在多数文献只是简短提及。少数研究经过充分设计将其作为主要研究指标并对该现象进行定性和定量分析,但其潜在机制仍有广阔研究空间和价值。文中旨在对帕金森病脑深部电刺激术相关的微损毁效应进行系统全面的归纳总结,提高对该现象的认识。
Deep brain stimulation(DBS)therapy can significantly improve motor symptoms and the quality of life in PD patients.For physicians in the field of neuromodulation of movement disorders,the microlesion effect(MLE),although well known,is only briefly mentioned in most literature.A few studies have been adequately designed to use it as a primary research indicator and to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of the phenomenon but the potential mechanism still has broad space and value research.A systematic and comprehensive overview of MLE was provided to improve the understanding of the phenomenon.
