城市配电网中性点接地方式适应性评价研究

摘要 随着城市的不断发展,城市配电网负荷快速增长和电缆线路的普及,电容电流逐渐增大,城市配电网现有中性点接地方法存在安全问题。为加强10 kV配电网电容电流治理,适应不同城市配电网发展,防止接地电弧引发火灾、电缆起火等故障发生,本研究提出一种10 kV配电网中性点接地方式适应性评价策略。首先,通过分析配电网中性点接地方式中不同影响因素,构建不同情况下影响因素的权重系数模型,并对不同的影响因素进行权重分配。然后,根据不同主要因素的权重分配结果确定初步方案,在此基础上根据次要因素进行校核并确定最终中性点接线方式。最后,以湖南某10 kV配电网的中性点接地方式进行实例验证策略的准确性和适应性。通过实例验证了策略的准确性和适应性将为城市配电网中性点接线方式的选取提供一种简单有效的评价策略,为城市10 kV配电网的安全可靠运行提供理论支持与安全保障。 With the continuous development of cities,the load of urban distribution networks is rapidly increasing and cable lines are becoming more popular,the capacitance current is gradually increasing,and the existing neutral point grounding mode of urban distribution network has safety problems.To strengthen the capacitive current management of 10 kV distribution network and adapt to the development of different urban distribution networks,and to prevent the occurrence of faults such as fire and cable fire caused by grounding arc,an evaluation strategy for the adaptability of the neutral grounding mode of 10 kV distribution network is proposed.Firstly,the weight coefficient model of the influencing factors in different cases is constructed by analyzing different influencing factors in the neutral grounding mode of the distribution network,and the weights are assigned to different influencing factors.Then,the preliminary scheme is determined according to the weight assignment results of different major factors,and on this basis the final neutral point wiring mode is calibrated and determined according to the minor factors.Finally,the accuracy and adaptability of the strategy are verified by an example of a neutral grounding method of a 10 kV distribution network in Hunan.The accuracy and adaptability of the strategy are verified by the example,which will provide a simple and effective evaluation strategy for the selection of the neutral wiring method of urban distribution networks,and provide theoretical support and safety guarantee for the safe and reliable operation of 10 kV distribution networks.
