摘要
随着新时代中国共产党政党外交实践取得显著成就,相关议题也成为了学界研究的热点。学界围绕中国共产党政党外交的基本概念与关系、历史细节与脉络、特定作用与功能、具体个案等展开了多维研究,取得了较为丰硕的成果。相较于新时代之前相关议题的研究而言,这些研究从视角、范式和话题层面展现出显著的阶段性特征,分别实现了框架、思路和焦点上的变革与突破。但是,新时代既有研究依然存在一定的局限性,学界应当在强化基础理论、细化基本史实、走实中外互动、推动预期前景等四个方面进一步对中国共产党政党外交展开研究,并积极推动其指导未来实践。
With the remarkable achievements of the CPC's diplomacy practice in the new era,related topics have become the focus of academic research.The academic community carried out multi-dimensional research mainly around the basic concept and relationship of the CPC's diplomacy,historical details and context,specific roles and functions,specific cases,etc.,and achieved fruitful results.Compared to the research on related topics before,these studies show significant phased characteristics from the perspective,paradigm,and topics,achieving changes and breakthroughs in framework,thinking,and focus respectively.However,the existing research in the new era still has limitations.In the future,the academic community should work hard to further study the Party diplomacy in four aspects:strengthening the theoretical basis research,refining the basic historical facts research,conducting research on the interaction between China and foreign countries,and promoting the expected prospects.
