摘要
随着信息技术的发展,OA系统在各行各业中已被广泛地应用。文章介绍江苏省血吸虫病防治研究所OA系统的设计与实现,阐述系统的技术选择、安全性设计和系统具体的模块设计,模块设计包括系统登录模块、工作流管理模块、人事考勤模块、行政管理模块、个人办公模块这几部分。该系统已在实际的工作中应用,起到提高工作效率、规范业务管理、节约办公经费、降低办公成本的效果。
With the development of information technology,OA systems have been widely applied in various industries.This article introduces the design and implementation of the OA system for Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Schistosomiasis Control,explaining the technical selection,security design,and specific module design of the system.The module design includes the system login module,workflow management module,personnel attendance module,administrative management module,and personal office module.The system has been applied in practical work,playing a role in improving work efficiency,standardizing business management,saving office expenses,and reducing the office costs.
