摘要
地面沉降灾害风险评价工作对区域灾害风险识别与防治能力提升具有重要意义。围绕廊坊北部岩性构造、水文地质、灾害背景、承灾体易损性及防灾减灾能力建设等方面,选取12个指标构建地面沉降灾害风险评价指标体系,依次开展地面沉降灾害危险性、易损性、防灾减灾能力与风险评价。结果表明:区内地面沉降灾害风险呈西北高—中东部低的态势,西北部危险性、易损性较高的夏垫-燕郊地区呈较高风险或高风险,西南部危险性较高而防灾减灾能力较低的钳屯—五百户地区为较高风险区;中、低风险区分布形态与危险性、易损性分布形态相对一致。研究可为区域城乡建设发展规划与防灾减灾体系建设提供参考借鉴。
Scientific and reasonable risk assessment of land subsidence disasters is of great significance for improving capabilities of regional disaster risk identification and prevention.This paper constructed disaster risk assessment index system with 12 indicators covering the conditions of geological structure,hydrogeology,disaster background,vulnerability of disaster bearing bodies,and construction of disaster prevention and reduction capacity,applied the weighted overlay analysis using stack various normalization factors in the northern area of Langfang,and carried out the analysis on land subsidence hazards,vulnerability,disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities,and disaster risk in sequence.The results show that the land subsidence disaster risk in study area presents the basic trend of high value in the northwest and low value in the central and eastern regions.The Xiadian-Yanjiao area with high hazard value and vulnerability value in the northwest was within the high and high-level risk area,while the Qiantun-Wubaihu area with high hazard value and low evaluation value of disaster prevention ability in the southwest appeared relative-high value.Furtherly,the distribution pattern of medium and low risk areas in the middle region and eastern region is relatively consistent with the distribution pattern of danger and vulnerability.The research could provide reference for the development planning of regional urban-rural construction and enhance the comprehensive disaster prevention and reduction capabilities.
