摘要
分别使用8K、10K、13K、20K端氢硅油,与烯丙基环氧聚醚500进行硅氢加成反应,制备不同分子质量的聚醚环氧硅油,再将聚醚环氧硅油与聚醚胺进行胺化反应,生成三元共聚亲水硅油。从手感、亲水性、稳定性等多个维度系统研究应用性能,对比不同分子质量聚醚环氧硅油在同等工艺条件下,制得的亲水硅油之间有何差异。结果表明:聚醚环氧硅油分子质量越小,手感越松软,亲水性越快,耐洗性越好;小分子聚醚环氧硅油更适合作为合成亲水硅油的原料。
8K,10K,13K and 20K hydrogen terminated silicone oils were used to undergo hydrosilylation reactions with allyl epoxy polyether 500 to prepare polyether epoxy silicone oils of different molecular weights.The polyether epoxy silicone oil was then aminated with polyether amine to produce ternary copolymer hydrophilic silicone oil.The application performance from multiple dimensions such as hand feel,hydrophilicity and stability were systematically studied,and the differences between hydrophilic silicone oils prepared from different molecular weight polyether epoxy silicone oils under the same process conditions were compared.The results showed that the smaller the molecular weight of polyether epoxy silicone oil,the softer the hand feel,the faster the hydrophilicity,and the better the washing resistance.Small molecule polyether epoxy silicone oil was more suitable as a raw material for synthesizing hydrophilic silicone oil.
