基于改进VMD算法的TDLAS甲烷检测信号降噪研究

摘要 目的:提出一种北方苍鹰优化(NGO)改进变分模态分解(VMD)的降噪算法,以抑制基于可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)的甲烷检测系统中的噪声。方法:首先基于MATLAB仿真了二次谐波信号,随后分别用VMD算法和NGO-VMD算法对二次谐波信号进行降噪,并用信噪比(SNR)、均方根误差(RMSE)和相关性系数(PCC)对两种方法进行性能对比。结果:经NGO-VMD算法重构后的信号信噪比较之原信号提升约2倍,均方根误差减少97%,相关系数高达0.997。结论:所提出的NGO-VMD算法较于传统的VMD算法在各项指标上均有明显优势,提升了TDLAS甲烷检测系统的信噪比。 Aims:A Northern Goshawk Optimization(NGO)improved Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD)denoising algorithm was proposed to suppress noise in methane detection systems based on Tunable Semiconductor Laser Absorption Spectroscopy(TDLAS).Methods:Firstly,the second harmonic signal was simulated using MATLAB.Then,the VMD algorithm and the NGO VMD algorithm were used to denoise the second harmonic signal;and the performance of the two methods was compared using the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),the root mean square error(RMSE),and the correlation coefficient(PCC).Results:The signal-to-noise ratio of the reconstructed signal using the NGO VMD algorithm increased by about 2 times compared to the original signal,with a 97%reduction in the root mean square error and a high correlation coefficient of 0.997.Conclusions:The proposed NGO VMD algorithm has significant advantages over traditional VMD algorithms in various indicators,thus improving the signal-to-noise ratio of the TDLAS methane detection system.Methods:A northern goshawk optimization(NGO)improved VMD denoising algorithm was proposed.First,the second harmonic signal was simulated based on MATLAB.Then the second harmonic signal was denoised using the VMD algorithm and the NGO-VMD algorithm respectively;and the performance of the two methods was compared with the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),the root-mean-square deviation(RMSE)and correlation coefficient(PCC).Results:The signal-to-noise ratio of the reconstructed signal using the NGO-VMD algorithm was approximately twice that of the original signal.The Root-mean-square deviation was reduced by 97%;and the correlation coefficient was as high as 0.997.Conclusions:The proposed NGO-VMD algorithm has significant advantages over the traditional VMD algorithms in various indicators and improves the signal-to-noise ratio of TDLAS methane detection systems.
