摘要
轨道车辆运行过程中,转向架的轮对、轴箱弹簧及摇枕弹簧等部件会出现故障,需及时更换故障部件。为优化工艺流程,使故障配件的更换更加高效快捷,针对转向架轴箱弹簧的非架车工况,对轴箱弹簧更换工艺流程进行了优化设计。试验结果表明,采用优化后的工艺流程,在普通轨道无抬车机条件下,人工抬起车体及构架一端可实现轴箱弹簧更换,为转向架临修轴箱弹簧等故障配件更换提供了新的工艺技术支持。
In the running process of railway vehicles,the wheel set of the bogie,the axle box spring,the bolster spring and other parts of the bogie may fail,and the fail parts shall be replaced in time.In order to optimize the technological process and make the replacement of the faulty parts more efficient and faster,the technological process of replacing the axle box spring of the bogie was optimized in view of the non-frame working condition of the axle box spring of the bogie.The test results showed that by adopting the optimized process flow,the car body and one end of the frame could be lifted manually and the axle box spring could be replaced under the condition of no lifting machine on common rail.It provides new technical support for replacing the faulty parts such as the temporary maintenance axle box spring of the bogie.
