某烂尾续建项目框架柱置换混凝土加固设计分析

摘要 某烂尾续建项目,外围部分框架柱存在严重的混凝土离析、混凝土强度等级不足等严重的质量缺陷,为确保建筑结构的安全,需要进行加固设计。为此,通过分析和计算,根据构件的力学性能和破损程度,设计了一个置换混凝土加固方案。方案中详细分析了环抱梁、环抱梁间支撑型钢、梁端型钢支撑、置换顺序和监测方案的设计。根据置换柱沉降变形观测结果表明,该方案置换效果可靠安全。 A unfinished continuation project has serious quality defects such as concrete segregation and insufficient concrete strength grade in the peripheral frame columns.To ensure the safety of the building structure,reinforcement design is needed.This article designs a replacement concrete reinforcement scheme based on the mechanical properties and degree of damage of the components through analysis and calculation.The plan provides a detailed analysis to the design of the surrounding beam,the supporting steel between the surrounding beams,the beam end steel support,the replacement sequence,and the monitoring plan.According to the observation results of settlement deformation of the replacement column,the replacement effect of this scheme is reliable and safe.
