摘要
目的:分析知信行护理联合耳穴压豆对膀胱镜检查患者的影响。方法:选取2020年8月—2023年8月徐州市中医院收治的70例膀胱镜检查患者。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施知信行护理联合耳穴压豆。比较两组干预前后负性情绪、疼痛程度及治疗依从性。结果:干预后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分均低于干预前,观察组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组完全依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱镜检查患者应用知信行护理联合耳穴压豆,可有效改善患者负性情绪,减轻疼痛感,增强检查依从性。
Objective:To analyze the effect of knowledge,belief,and action nursing combined with ear point pressure beans on patients undergoing cystoscopy.Method:A total of 70 patients undergoing cystoscopy admitted to Xuzhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received knowledge,belief,and action nursing combined with ear point pressure beans.Negative emotion,pain degree before and after intervention and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complete compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of knowledge,belief,and action nursing combined with ear point pressure beans in cystoscopy patients can effectively improve patients'negative emotions,reduce pain and enhance examination compliance.
