摘要
目的探讨苏红骨熏方对慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法选取2022年7月—2023年9月医院收治的240例慢性腰肌劳损患者,根据随机对照法分为对照组和试验组,每组各120例,对照组口服扶他林,试验组在对照组的基础上采用苏红骨熏方通过中药熏蒸联合电脑中频治疗仪治疗。采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分和临床体征积分作为慢性腰肌劳损的评价系统,进行统计分析,比较中西医临床疗效,得到苏红骨熏方中药熏蒸联合电脑中频治疗仪治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效评价。结果治疗后,与对照组进行比较,试验组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05),与治疗前相比较,治疗后两组VAS评分及ODI评分均降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组VAS评分及ODI评分较低(P<0.05)。经治疗,与治疗前相比较,治疗后两组活动程度、压痛程度、压痛点个数等临床体征积分均降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,试验组临床体征积分较低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,试验组不良反应发生率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用中药熏蒸联合电脑中频治疗仪下苏红骨熏方对寒湿型慢性腰肌劳损患者能显著缓解临床症状,增强腰部功能,提高临床疗效,应用安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Suhong Guxun Recipe(苏红骨熏方)on chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods A total of 240 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain admitted to the hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were divided into control group and experimental group according to randomized control method,with 120 cases in each group.The control group was treated with voltarelin orally,and the experimental group was treated with Suhong Guxun Recipe by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with computer medium frequency therapy instrument on the basis of the control group.Visual analog Scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score and clinical sign score were used as evaluation systems for chronic lumbar muscle strain to conduct statistical analysis and compare the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine so as to obtain the clinical efficacy evaluation of Suhong Guxun Recipe with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with computer medium frequency therapy instrument in the treatment of chronic lumbar muscle strain.Results After treatment,compared with that of the control group,the total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,VAS score and ODI score of both groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,VAS score and ODI score of the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical signs such as activity level,tenderness level and number of tenderness points were decreased in both groups after treatment compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the scores of clinical signs in the experimental group were lower(P<0.05).Compared with that of control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suhong Guxun Recipe with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with c
