摘要
目的:观察雷火灸联合腰椎牵引推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及下肢功能的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将上栗县人民医院2021年1月至2022年2月收治的76例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为常规组和观察组,每组38例。常规组给予腰椎牵引治疗,观察组给予雷火灸联合腰椎牵引推拿治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛评估指数(pain rating index, PRI)、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score, VAS)及下肢功能恢复情况,比较两组患者生活质量变化情况及临床疗效、治疗满意度。结果:观察组治疗后PRI评分、VAS评分均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Oswestry功能障碍指数低于常规组,直腿抬高角度高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率为94.74%,常规组有效率为78.95%,观察组有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分、治疗满意度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:雷火灸联合腰椎牵引推拿治疗能减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度,提高患者生活质量,促进下肢功能恢复。
Objective:To observe the influence of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with lumbar traction and massage on pain and lower limb function in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods:According to the random number table method,76 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shangli County People's Hospital from January 2021 to February 2022 were divided into the conventional group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with lumbar traction,while the obser-vation group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion combined with lumbar traction and massage.The changes in the pain rating index(PRI),visual analogue score(VAS),lower limb function,quality of life,clinical efficacy,and treatment satisfaction in two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the PRI score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Oswestry dysfunction index of the observation group was lower than that of the routine group,while the straight leg raising angle was higher than that of the routine group,and the dfferences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,while that of the conventional group was 78.95%,and the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the routine group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The quality of life score and treatment satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the con-ventional group,and the dfference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thunder-fire moxibustion combined with lumbar traction and massage can relieve the pain of patients with lumbar disc herniation,improve the quality of life of patients,and promote the recovery of lower limb function.
