摘要
文章阐述数字时代高职院校劳动教育多模式、评价异维度的特征,分析数字时代高职院校劳动教育“AGIL”四维模型,探讨数字时代高职院校劳动教育四维功能现状,指出数字时代高职院校劳动教育有效推进的策略:落实数字时代劳动教育专业课程思政,完善劳动教育课程与专劳融合课程体系建设与设计;制定数字时代劳动教育的管理制度,营造良好新型劳动教育与传统劳动教育有机互融文化。
This article elaborates on the characteristics of multiple modes and evaluation dimensions of labor education in vocational colleges in the digital era,analyzes the"AGIL"four-dimensional model of labor education in vocational colleges in the digital era,explores the current status of the four-dimensional functions of labor education in vocational colleges in the digital era,and points out effective strategies for promoting labor education in vocational colleges in the digital era:implementing ideological and political education in the professional courses of labor education in the digital era,improve the construction and design of a curriculum system that integrates labor education with specialized labor;develop a management system for labor education in the digital age,and create a culture of organic integration between new and traditional labor education.
