摘要
目的分析对于ICU内留置中心静脉导管(PICC)患者通过运用集束化护理的临床价值。方法纳入2022年1月—2023年10月期间,我院ICU收治的留置PICC患者76例,通过随机数字表法分组,即对照组、观察组,各组病例数量均为38例,对照组为常规护理,观察组运用集束化护理,比较两组并发症发生率、护理满意度以及舒适度评分。结果PICC置管相关并发症发生率组间对比中,观察组2.63%,低于对照组的18.42%(P<0.05);护理满意度组间对比中,观察组100%,高于对照组的84.21%(P<0.05);施护前舒适度评分两组对比无差异(P>0.05),施护后与对照组对比舒适度评分为观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论对于ICU内留置PICC患者通过运用集束化护理有利于降低并发症率以及提升患者对护理的满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of cluster nursing for patients with indentured central venous catheter(PICC)in ICU.Methods The sample was drawn from 76 cases of indwelling PICC patients admitted to the ICU of our hospital during the period of January 2022-October 2023,which were grouped by randomized numerical table method,i.e.,the control group,the observation group,and the number of cases in each group was 38;the control group was under routine care,and the observation group applied intensive care,complication rates,satisfaction with care,and comfort scores were compared between the two groups.Results In the between-group comparison of the complication rate related to PICC placement,2.63%in the observation group was lower than 18.42%in the control group(P<0.05);in the between-group comparison of nursing satisfaction,100%in the observation group was higher than 84.21%in the control group(P<0.05);There was no difference between the two groups in terms of comfort scores before the administration of care(P>0.05),and after the administration of care the comfort scores were higher for the observation group when compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of cluster nursing can reduce the complication rate and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients with PICC in ICU.
