摘要
目的探讨产后早期乳房护理干预在母乳喂养中的效果。方法选取我院2022年1月至2023年3月产后产妇100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组50例与乳房护理组50例。对照组产妇行常规护理,乳房护理组在对照组基础上给予产后早期乳房护理干预。比较两组不良情绪得分、泌乳开始时间、产妇对母乳喂养知识的掌握度、产后生活质量评分、对护理的满意度及母乳喂养率。结果乳房护理组的护理满意度、母乳喂养率比对照组高(均P<0.05)。乳房护理组的产后生活质量各项评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。乳房护理组焦虑、抑郁不良情绪得分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。乳房护理组泌乳开始时间早于对照组,产妇对母乳喂养知识的掌握度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论产后产妇实施产后早期乳房护理干预相比未实施者,能够更有效地促进产妇泌乳,提高产妇更规范地进行母乳喂养,提高母乳喂养率,促进产妇身体恢复,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of early postpartum breast care in breastfeeding.Methods A total of 100 postpartum parturients in our hospital from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases)and breast care group(50 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the breast nursing group received early postpartum breast nursing intervention based on the control group.The score of bad mood,the start time of lactation,the mastery of breastfeeding knowledge,the score of postpartum life quality,the satisfaction of nursing and the rate of breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction and breastfeeding rate of breast nursing group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The scores of postpartum quality of life in breast care group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety and depression in breast care group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).The start time of lactation in the breast care group was earlier than that in the control group,and the degree of mastery of breastfeeding knowledge was higher in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Puerperal early postpartum breast nursing can promote puerperal lactation more effectively,improve the normative breastfeeding of puerperal parturient,increase the breastfeeding rate,promote the physical recovery of puerperal parturient and improve the quality of life compared with the unimplemented ones.
