摘要 幼儿园和家庭是促进幼儿发展的双主体,双方通过主动的沟通、了解、合作,在双向互动中共同促进幼儿的全面发展。幼儿园应与家庭、社区密切合作,与小学衔接,综合利用各种教育资源,共同为幼儿的发展创造良好的条件。幼儿教育应加强幼儿园和家长的协同合作,树立正确的幼儿教育理念,让家长资源与幼儿园教育充分融合,创新家园协同共育机制和模式,保持家园共育可持续发展,更好地推进学前教育的质量和效果,共促幼儿身心全面健康发展。 Kindergarten and family are two main bodies to promote the development of children.Through active communication,understanding and cooperation,both sides jointly promote the all-round development of children in the two-way interaction.Kindergartens should work closely with families and communities.Connect with primary schools,make comprehensive use of various educational resources,and jointly create good conditions for the development of children.Early childhood education needs to strengthen the cooperation between kindergartens and parents,establish a correct concept of early childhood education,let parents resources fully integrate with kindergarten education,innovate the mechanism and model of home co-education,maintain the sustainable development of home co-education,better promote the quality and effect of preschool education,and jointly promote the comprehensive and healthy development of children’s body and mind.
