微小分子RNA在再生障碍性贫血中的作用及研究进展

摘要 再生障碍性贫血(AA)是一种以全血细胞减少为特征的骨髓造血衰竭综合征,T细胞功能亢进、骨髓微环境异常是其发病的主要因素。微小分子RNA(miRNA)是一类保守的小分子非编码RNA,参与调控多种疾病的病理生理过程,在T细胞免疫和骨髓间充质干细胞(BM-MSCs)成脂成骨分化方面具有重要调控作用。已有研究证实miRNA参与AA的发生发展,未来基于miRNA的靶向治疗可能成为治疗AA的方向。本文就miRNA在AA中对T细胞功能和BM-MSCs成脂成骨分化的作用进行综述。 Aplastic anemia(AA)is a bone marrow hematopoietic failure syndrome characterized by pancytopenia.Hyperfunction of T cells and abnormal bone marrow microenvironment are the main factors of its pathogenesis.Micro RNA(miRNA)are conserved small non-coding RNA,which are involved in the regulation of pathophysiological processes of various diseases and play an important role in the regulation of T cell immunity and lipogenic osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BM-MSCs).It has been confirmed that miRNA participate in the occurrence and development of AA,and targeted therapy based on miRNA may become the direction of AA treatment in the future.In this review,the role of miRNA in T cell function and lipid osteogenic differentiation of BMMSCs in AA was reviewed.
