摘要
目的:探究以功能康复为核心的护理模式对急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)取栓术后患者神经功能、肢体功能、并发症发生情况及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2021年12月—2023年4月南宁市第二人民医院神经内科收治的86例AIS取栓术后患者,按照护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各43例。其中对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用以功能康复为核心的护理模式。评估两组的神经功能、肢体功能、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果:护理后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组Fugl-Meyer评估表(FMA)评分、运动功能评估量表(MAS)评分及健康调查简表(SF-36)中各个项目评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:AIS患者取栓术后采用以功能康复为核心的护理模式有利于患者的神经功能、肢体功能的恢复,降低术后并发症的发生率,提升患者的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effects of functional rehabilitation as the core nursing mode on neurological function,limb function,complications and quality of life in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)after thrombectomy.Method:A total of 86 patients with AIS after thrombectomy from the Department of Neurology of the Second People's Hospital of Nanning from December 2021 to April 2023 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given functional rehabilitation as the core nursing mode.Neurological function,limb function,quality of life and complications in both groups were evaluated.Result:After nursing,the score of the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA),movement assessment scale(MAS)and the MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The functional rehabilitation as the core nursing mode for AIS patients after thrombectomy is conducive to the recovery of neurological function and limb function of patients,the incidence of postoperative complications is reduced,and the quality of life of patients is improved.
