摘要
以某钢厂在役400 t铸造起重机箱型主梁为研究对象,通过对主梁原结构以及改进后结构分别进行有限元分析计算,有效地识别出铸造起重机结构中的高风险部位,为产品的结构优化设计提供了一种全新的思路,研究结果为铸造起重机主梁结构的改进设计提供良好的指导依据,确保铸造起重机的安全可靠运行。
In this paper,a 400 t metallurgy crane girder was researched as an example,the high risk parts of the casting crane structure were effectively identified through the finite element analysis and calculation of the original structure of the main girder and the improvement scheme,which provided a new idea for the structural optimization design of the product.The research results provide a good guide for the improvement design of the main girder structure of the metallurgy crane,so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the metallurgy crane.
