摘要 高精度的模具是确保产品质量、提高生产效率、控制生产成本的关键,在模具设计制造过程中,设计方案的完善、加工工艺的选择、机床误差的校正与模具加工精度密切相关。在模具加工精度控制技术应用过程中,要把握好设计阶段的精度控制,加工阶段的工艺优化等要点,及时检测与补偿加工误差,严谨完成后续的高精度装配与试模,可有效提升模具的加工精度,保障产品质量。 High precision molds are the key to ensuring product quality,improving production efficiency,and controlling production costs.In the process of mold design and manufacturing,the improvement of design schemes,the selection of processing techniques,and the correction of machine tool errors are closely related to mold processing accuracy.In the application process of precision control technology in mold processing,it is necessary to grasp the key points of precision control in the design stage,process optimization in the processing stage,timely detection and compensation of processing errors,and rigorous completion of subsequent high-precision assembly and trial mold,which can effectively improve the processing accuracy of the mold and ensure product quality.
