摘要
某发动机在进行冷热冲击工况耐久试验时发生了多处漏油并且有开裂的现象,为了研究瞬态工况气缸垫发生的变化,本文基于有限元的方法,根据发动机试验循环数据,分析在冷热冲击试验中气缸垫密封发生的变化。研究结果表面,此方法可以得到密封筋在整个工作循环下的压线历程,在升温阶段更容易发生渗漏问题,分析结果与试验结果基本一致。通过对缸垫层数的优化,可以解决漏油及开裂问题。
In order to study the changes of the cylinder gasket under transient conditions,this paper analyzes the changes of the cylinder gasket seal during the cold and thermal shock test based on the finite element method and the data of the engine test cycle.According to the research results,this method can obtain the compression history of the sealing rib in the whole working cycle,and the leakage problem is more likely to occur in the heating stage.The analysis results are basically consistent with the test results.The problem of oil leakage and cracking can be solved by optimizing the number of cylinder gaskets.
