摘要
为探索饲粮污染串珠镰刀菌对雏鸡生长性能、脏器发育、抗氧化能力和免疫功能的影响,试验选取1日龄海兰褐雏母鸡320只,随机分成4组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只;对照组饲喂基础日粮,2~4组分别饲喂低、中、高剂量串珠镰刀菌污染饲粮,黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)浓度为5μg/kg、8μg/kg、10μg/kg,试验期42 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,中、高剂量串珠镰刀菌污染饲粮能显著降低雏鸡平均日采食量、末重、平均日增重(P<0.05),显著提高料重比(P<0.05),显著提高雏鸡肌胃指数、腺胃指数(P<0.05),引起消化和免疫器官病变,显著降低血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、传染性法氏囊病病毒抗体与新城疫病毒抗体水平(P<0.05)。研究表明饲粮污染中、高剂量串珠镰刀菌(AFB1≥8μg/kg)能引起雏鸡消化和免疫器官损伤,导致机体生长性能、抗氧化能力和免疫功能下降。
The aim of this study was to explore the effects of dietary Fusarium moniliverum(F.moniliverum)contamination on growth performance,organ development,antioxidant capacity and immune function of chicks.A total of 3201-day-age Hy-Line Brown hens were randomly divided into 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 10 chicks per replicate.The control group was fed basal diet,and groups 2 to 4 were fed low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose of F.moniliverum contaminated diets,aflatoxin B1(AFB1)concentrations were 5μg/kg,8μg/kg and 10μg/kg,respectively.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed that the feeding with medium and high dose of F.moniliformis contaminated feed could significantly reduce daily feed intake,final weight and average daily gain(P<0.05),increase the feed/gain rate(P<0.05),and increase the gizzard index,proventriculus index of chicks compared with the control group(P<0.05),and cause the lesions of digestive and immune organs.The levels of total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),interleukin-6(IL-6),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),serum antibodies against infectious bursal virus and Newcastle disease virus in chicks fed with the medi⁃um and high dose of F.moniliformis contaminated feed were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).These results indicated that the feeding of medium-high dose of F.moniliverum contaminated feed could cause the damage of di⁃gestive and immune organs,and lead to the decrease of growth performance,antioxidant capacity and immune function of chicks.
