摘要
通过对固体样品进行测量,分析固体样品总α法放射性的检出限与不确定度。测得固体样品总α放射性检出限在0.113~0.131 Bq/g,对应测量下限在0.452~0.524 Bq/g。总α放射性不确定度为19.80%(k=2)并对检出限与不确定度进行了探讨。
In this paper,the detection limit and uncertainty of totalαradioactivity in solid samples were analyzed by measuring solid samples.The detection limit of totalαradioactivity in solid samples was 0.113~0.131 Bq/g,and the corresponding lower limit was 0.452~0.524 Bq/g.The uncertainty of totalαradioactivity was 19.80%(k=2).The limit of detection and uncertainty were discussed in this paper.
