摘要
为了解决传统钻孔方法在液压支架顶梁柱帽钻孔过程中出现的问题,设计了一种多功能定位钻模组合胎具。该胎具能够在钻孔时稳定支撑顶梁柱帽,同时能够实现多种位置的定位,确保钻孔精度。在实际使用中,该胎具能够提高钻孔效率和钻孔精度,极大地提高了液压支架的安装效率和安全性。
In order to solve the problems arising from the traditional drilling method in the process of drilling the top beam cap of hydraulic support,a multifunctional positioning drlling mould combination tool is designed.The tool can stably support the top beam cap during drlling,and at the same time,it can realise the positioning of various positions to ensure the drilling accuracy.In actual use,the tool can improve drilling efficiency and drlling accuracy,which greatly improves the installation efficiency and safety of the hydraulic support.
