摘要
目的:探析利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型2型糖尿病(T2DM)的效果。方法:选取2020年10月—2023年3月徐州市丰县人民医院收治的88例肥胖型T2DM患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各44例。对照组给予沙格列汀联合二甲双胍治疗,观察组给予利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、胰岛素抵抗指数低于对照组,高度密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平、胰岛β细胞功能指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗肥胖型T2DM的效果较好,可降低患者血糖、血脂水平,改善胰岛功能。
Objective:To analyze the effect of liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of obese and type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 88 patients with obese T2DM admitted to the Feng Xian People's Hospital from October 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with saxagliptin and metformin,while the observation group was treated with liraglutide and metformin.The treatment effects were compared between two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and 2 h postprandial blood glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and the insulin resistance indexb in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol,the islet β cell function index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Liraglutide combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of obese T2DM,and can reduce the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid,and improve the islet function.
