摘要
目的探索改良式迷你临床评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)量表在放射基地规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法选取成都中医药大学附属第五人民医院放射科(简称该科)副高职称以上的医师5名,编制放射科Mini-CEX,内容包括诊断前准备、病史收集、影像技术及图像查阅、影像报告描述书写、影像诊断书写、沟通意识、组织效能和整体评价8个维度。选取该科8名高年资主治医师。对22名住院医师进行3次Mini-CEX测评及满意度调查。结果通过Mini-CEX评估,住院医师的综合临床能力在每次测评后均较前次有提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且住院医师对Mini-CEX整体满意度达95.4%。结论改良型Mini-CEX运用于放射科专业基地住培中,有助于培养住院医师临床思维能力,规范住院医师影像报告书写,提高其临床胜任力。
Objective To explore the application effect of a modified mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)scale in standardized training of the radiology base.Methods Five physicians with professional titles above associate senior in radiology department of the Fifth People's Hospital Affiliated to Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected to compile Mini-CEX for radiology.The content covered eight dimensions,including pre-diagnosis preparation,medical history collection,image technology and image review,image report description writing,image diagnosis writing,communication awareness,organizational effectiveness,and overall evaluation.Eight senior attending physicians in the Department were selected.Three Mini-CEX evaluations and satisfaction surveys were conducted among 22 students.Results Through the Mini-CEX evaluation,the comprehensive clinical ability of residents in the radiology base was improved after each assessment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001),and the overall satisfaction of residents on the Mini-CEX reached 95.4%.Conclusion The application of the modified Mini-CEX in the standardized training of resident physicians in the radiology base is helpful to cultivate residents'clinical thinking ability,standardize residents'writing of image reports and improve their clinical competence.
