摘要 为了促进超低能耗建筑保温隔热性能,对建筑外围护结构所使用的铝材、玻璃等材料进行了优化,对门窗的结构设计、拼装加工、安装技术进行创新,提升了建筑整体的密封性能,满足了超低能耗设计要求。以中建八局建筑科技(山东)有限公司办公楼为工程背景,研发设计了103系列被动窗,降低了门窗传热系数,提高了建筑节能效果,从绿色与经济两方面带来巨大价值,可为超低能耗建筑的发展提供有益借鉴。 In order to improve the thermal insulation performance of ultra-low energy consumption buildings,the aluminum,glass and other materials used in the building envelope are optimized,and the structural design,assembly processing and installation technology of doors and windows are innovated,which improves the overall sealing performance of the building and meets the design requirements of ultra-low energy consumption.Based on the office building of China Construction 8th Engineering Division Construction Technology(Shandong)Co.,Ltd.,103 series of passive windows are developed and designed,which reduces the heat transfer coefficient of doors and windows,improves the building energy efficiency,brings great value from both green and economic aspects,and provides a useful reference for the development of ultra-low energy consumption buildings.
