摘要
正确认识和把握资本的特性和行为规律是新时代马克思主义政治经济学发展必须回应的时代课题,对社会主义市场经济条件下依法规范和引导资本的健康发展具有重要意义。中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来,随着中国经济的快速发展,关于社会主义市场经济条件下资本问题的学理研究与实践探索也随之深入。国内学术界围绕新时代社会主义市场经济条件下资本的特性、资本的行为规律、资本的形态与作用、资本的治理以及中国共产党对待与处理资本的经验等问题进行了全面、系统与深入的讨论。同时应该看到,学术界在资本问题探索的过程中,在研究的基础性方面存在基础理论澄清的困境,研究全面性上存在研究视角的盲点,研究科学性上存在方法运用脱离实践需求的主要问题。总结目前学术界关于新时代社会主义市场经济条件下资本问题的研究状况,对资本研究进一步的方向与路径作出探析,是新的历史条件下继续推进资本研究的基础性工作。其中,坚持马克思主义政治经济学的主导地位是资本理论研究的根本立场,坚持社会主义市场经济实践的发展是创新资本理论的现实基础,坚持多种学科交叉融合的研究视角是发展资本理论的重要路径。
Grasping the characteristics and behavioral laws of capital is a vital issue for the development of Marxist political economy in the new era.It is of great significance for regulating and guiding the healthy development of capital in the condition of socialist market economy.Since socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,with the rapid development of Chinese economy,theoretical research and practical exploration of capital under the conditions of socialist market economy have deepened.Domestic academia has conducted comprehensive,systematic,and in-depth discussions on issues such as the characteristics of capital,the behavioral laws of capital,the forms and functions of capital,capital governance,and the experiences of the Communist Party of China in dealing with capital.At the same time,it should be noted that there is a dilemma in the academia’s exploration of capital issues in terms of fundamental theoretical research.There are blind spots in the comprehensiveness of research perspectives and there is a tendency for research methods to deviate from practical needs in terms of scientific research.Based on summarizing the current research status of capital issues in the academia under the conditions of the socialist market economy in the new era,exploring the further direction and path of capital research is a fundamental work to continue promoting capital research under the new historical conditions.Insisting on the dominant position of Marxist political economy is the fundamental stance of capital theory research.Upholding the development of socialist market economy practice is the practical foundation for innovative capital theory.Adhering to interdisciplinary integration is an important path for the development of capital theory.
