With the rapid development of modern volleyball,"fast, high and varied"attack play is particularly significant in the men's volleyball match. The ability of second pass"distributing"and"atacking"indicates the key to a team's victory.Based on the 2023 World Men's Volleyball League and VNL official match video, this paper analyzes the set distribution and attack effect of the top four final teams. The results show that:(a)In terms of the distribution of sets, the top men's volleyball teams in the world, such as Japan, the United States,Italy and Poland, are all organized to take the second and fourth positions behind the horizontal front third cover as the core, and then vertically to the first and sixth positions behind the front cover.(b)In terms of offensive play, the Japanese team in the world's strong men's volleyball team mainly uses the low arc of the front line after the fast attack cover and the back attack, while the Italian team, the Polish team and the United States team use the high attack and the back two of the fast attack cover.(c)Through big data analysis,it is concluded that in terms of offensive efficiency of the world volleyball teams,Poland has the largest spike scoring rate and Italy has the largest spike error rate; While the United States and Japan are in the case of concentrated blocking, the use of spike transition to reorganize, each team's offensive score and lost points are proportional.
