Objective To study the application value of micro lesson+flipped classroom in ultrasound diagnosis teaching. Methods A total of 100 undergraduate students majoring in imaging medicine and nuclear medicine from grade 2020 and grade 2021,who had a 1 year rotation internship in the ultrasound department of a medical university affiliated hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,were selected as the research objects, and divided into observation group(n=50,Grade 2020)and control group(n=50,Grade 2021)according to the enrollment time. The observation group adopted the"micro-lesson+flipped classroom mode",while the control group followed the traditional teaching mode, the assessment scores, critical thinking scores and student satisfaction were compared between the two groups of students. Results The test scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The critical thinking score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97%,higher than 86%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.928,P=0.002).Conclusion Micro lesson+flipped classroom has good teaching effect in ultrasound diagnosis teaching.
