摘要
急倾斜厚大矿体是地下开采过程中的常见矿体形态之一,某金矿山原采用分段空场法开采矿区内急倾斜厚大矿体,随着开采深入和围岩条件劣化等原因,探索施工作业更安全和生产能力更高的采矿方法迫在眉睫。鉴于此,本文提出了盘区房柱交替上升局部不接顶充填采矿法,并详细论述了该采矿方法的回采工艺,结合现场工业试验表明:新采矿方法不仅大幅提高了矿区机械化装备程度,重点将矿石损失率降低了67.62%,矿石贫化率降低了45.07%,减少了资源浪费,形成的经济效益显著,可为类似急倾斜厚大矿体开采提供参考。
Steeply inclined thick and large ore bodies are one of the common forms of ore bodies in underground mining.A certain gold mine originally used the segmented open pit method to open the steeply inclined thick and large ore body in the mining area.With the deepening of mining and the deterioration of surrounding rock conditions,it is urgent to explore safer construction operations and higher production capacity mining methods.In view of this,this article proposes the panel room column alternating rise local non roof filling mining method,and discusses in detail the mining process of this mining method.Combined with on-site industrial experiments,it is shown that the new mining method not only significantly improves the degree of mechanization equipment in the mining area,but also focuses on reducing the ore loss rate by 67.62%and the ore dilution rate by 45.07%,reducing resource waste and achieving significant economic benefits.It can provide reference for the mining of similar steep and thick ore bodies.
