2023年,全球天然气市场格局趋于稳定,供需失衡情况缓解,天然气价格逐步下降。国内生产生活秩序恢复,天然气消费重回增长,并在增储上产和管道、液化天然气(LNG)接收站及地下储气库等基础设施建设方面取得了新进展,国内产供储销体系更加健全。2024年,全球天然气供应紧张状态将继续缓解,但供需紧平衡的基本面不会发生逆转,预计国际天然气价格将在2023年水平上进一步回落。在国内经济持续回升向好、国际天然气价格回落的背景下,国内天然气需求将持续增长,供应总体宽松。
In 2023,the global natural gas market moved towards stability,with the supply-demand imbalance easing and natural gas prices gradually declining.Domestic production and living orders were restored,leading to a resurgence in natural gas consumption.Additionally,there was new progress in increasing storage and production capacity,as well as in the construction of pipelines,LNG receiving stations,and underground storage facilities,further strengthening the domestic production-supply-storage-sales system.In 2024,the tension in the global natural gas supply is expected to ease,but the fundamental tight balance between supply and demand will not see a reversal,with international gas prices anticipated to fall further from their 2023 levels.Amid a backdrop of stable domestic economic recovery and declining international natural gas prices,domestic demand for natural gas is expected to continue its growth trajectory,with the overall supply remaining relatively relaxed.
