摘要
铁路接触网电分相非正常带电是接触网运行的重大安全隐患。基于电压感应原理,实时测量接触网电分相无电区的电压变化,通过zigbee低功耗无线模块实时传送给数据集中采集装置,其接收到多个电压采集单元采集的电压脉宽时间值后,经过相应算法实时计算出当前电压值,再由4G/5G网络实时将接触网电分相带电状况上传至接触网运维监控系统,精准诊断分析接触网电分相无电区的带电情况。相较于传统电压互感器在线检测,感应电压虽然误差较大,但从接触网安全运行以及成本和应用效果而言,感应电压检测技术完全可以实时准确地判断接触网电分相无电区的带电情况,并快速报警,为铁路安全可靠运行提供保障。
Abnormal electrification of neutral sections of the railway overhead contact system(OCS)is a major safety hazard in the OCS operation.Based on the voltage induction principle,voltage changes in the neutral section of OCS are measured in real time and the measured data are transmitted to the data acquisition device in real time through the ZigBee low-power wireless module.After receiving the pulse duration values from multiple voltage acquisition units,it calculates the current voltage value in real time using the appropriate algorithm.Then,the electrification status of the OCS neutral section is transmitted to the OCS operation and maintenance monitoring system in real time over the 4G/5G network.In this way,the electrification condition of the OCS neutral section is accurately diagnosed and analyzed.Compared with the conventional online inspection of voltage transformers,voltage induction errors are large.However,in terms of the safe operation of OCS,cost efficiency,and application performance,the inspection by voltage induction can accurately assess the electrification status of the OCS neutral section in real time,and quickly activate alarms,ensuring safe and reliable railway operation.
