市域(郊)铁路简支箱梁设计

摘要 市域(郊)铁路在我国起步较晚,国内尚无对应标准的简支箱梁通用设计参考图。结合市域(郊)铁路的设计标准,介绍桥面布置原则,对不同工序浇筑三墙的优缺点进行对比。根据有限元计算结果及构造要求对结构主要构件尺寸进行了比选,采用实体分析计算方法,对梁体各工况下的局部受力情况进行计算,明确了需局部加强位置。通过车桥耦合计算分析,验证行车安全、舒适性。研究结论为:(1)线间距4.0 m时,桥面宽度为10.8 m,线间距为5.0 m时,桥面宽度为11.8 m;(2)推荐采用节省工期、质量易保证的整体式桥面一体化运架方案;(3)结构腹板厚度采用36.0 cm,顶板、底板厚度采用26.0 cm,腹板斜率采用1∶2.5,腹板间距5.2 m左右;(4)需对吊点、支座位置进行局部加强;(5)桥梁的振动性能良好,列车的行车安全可以保证,乘坐舒适性良好。 Suburban railway has started late in China,and there is no general design reference drawing for simply-supported box girder with corresponding standards in China.In combination with the design standards of suburban railway,this paper introduces the layout principle of bridge deck and compares the advantages and disadvantages of three-wall pouring in different working procedures.This paper compares and selects the dimensions of main structural members according to the finite element calculation results and structural requirements,uses the entity analysis and calculation method to calculate the local stress of the girder body under various working conditions,and clarifies the positions requiring local reinforcement.It verifies the train operation safety and comfort through train-bridge coupling calculation and analysis.The study conclusions are as follows:(1)When the distance between centers of tracks is 4.0 m,the bridge deck width is 10.8 m;when the distance between centers of tracks is 5.0 m,the bridge deck width is 11.8 m;(2)It is recommended to adopt the integrated transportation and erection scheme of bridge deck accessories that can shorten the construction period and ensure the quality;(3)The thickness of structural web is 36.0 cm,the thickness of top and bottom plates is 26.0 cm,the slope of web is 1:2.5,and the spacing between webs is about 5.2 m;(4)Local reinforcement is required for the lifting points and support positions;(5)The vibration performance of the bridge is good,the train operation safety can be ensured,and the riding comfort is good.
