摘要
广州地铁18号线是国内首条运行时速达160 km的全地下市域快轨线路,线路工况复杂。ARTJZ-2A型信号计轴设备也是首次在该类型工况下运用,线路开通初期,计轴设备故障频发,设备可靠性较低。通过技术研究分析发现,主要有3方面原因:一是牵引回流不通畅产生电磁干扰;二是弓网离线燃弧产生电磁干扰;三是计轴传感器安装稳固性差。其中弓网离线燃弧问题和传感器安装稳固性差问题较为突出。为提升计轴设备可靠性,对市域快轨交流25 kV牵引供电制式下电磁干扰问题及高速列车运行下计轴传感器安装问题进行研究。通过采取在回流点加装均流线、调整计轴设备出清占用判断逻辑、调整计轴设备的滤波参数、加强计轴传感器安装紧固性等措施后,计轴设备可靠性明显提升。
Guangzhou Metro Line 18 is China’s first fully underground urban rapid rail line capable of operating at speeds up to 160 km/h and features complex operating conditions.ARTJZ-2A signal axle counter is also employed for the first time under such conditions.At the initial stage after the line’s inauguration,there is a high frequency of malfunctions with the axle counter,resulting in low reliability.by technical research and analysis,it was found that the low reliability of axle counter is attributed to three principal reasons:electromagnetic interference caused by inadequate traction current return flow;electromagnetic interference from offline arcing of pantographs and catenaries;and poor installation stability of axle counting sensors.In particular,offline arcing of the pantographs and poor sensor installation stability were prominent issues.In order to enhance the axle counter’s reliability,the electromagnetic interference issues under the urban rapid rail’s AC 25 kV traction power supply system and on the installation of axle counting sensors during high speed train operation were studied.By adopting measures such as installing flow equalization lines at return points,adjusting the occupancy judgment logic of axle counter,modifying the filtering parameters,and reinforcing the installation firmness of axle counting sensors,the reliability of the axle counter has significantly improved.
