摘要
采用空气助燃是玻璃生产中导致高能耗、高污染、高排放的重要因素,通过采用助燃气体含氧量大于等于90%的燃烧方式,即纯氧燃烧技术,对于节约能源、改善环境效果十分显著。通过简述玻璃窑炉纯氧燃烧技术的发展情况,分析纯氧燃烧技术的相关标准和要求,对玻璃生产采用纯氧燃烧技术提供一定的借鉴。
The use of air combustion is an important factor leading to high energy consumption,high pollution and high emissions in glass production.Through the use of combustion with oxygen content of more than or equal to 90%of the combustion gas,that is,pure oxygen combustion technology,it is very significant for saving energy and improving the environment.This paper briefly describes the development of pure oxygen combustion technology in glass kiln,analyzes the relevant standards and requirements of pure oxygen combustion technology,and provides some reference for the use of pure oxygen combustion technology in glass production.
