摘要
以高职临床医学专业核心课程内科学为例,探讨医学专业课实施课程思政的重要性,并分析医学专业课实施课程思政的现实困境。从转变教育理念、加强顶层设计、建设师资队伍、建设思政资源、改革教学模式、优化评价机制、遴选课外资源等方面探索内科学实施课程思政的对策。通过实践,促进思政教育与内科学课程教学有机融合,坚守“为党育人、为国育才”初心,适应新一轮科技革命对职业教育的新要求,服务基层医疗卫生人才培养。
Taking the core course of internal medicine in clinical medicine of higher vocational education as an example,this paper explores the importance of implementing Ideological&Political education in medical major,and analyzes the practical difficulties in implementing Ideological&Political education in medical major.Exploring strategies for implementing Ideological&Political education in internal medicine courses from the perspectives of transforming educational concepts,strengthening top-level design,building a teaching staff,constructing Ideological&Political resources,reforming teaching models,optimizing the evaluation system,and selecting extracurricular resources.Through practice,promote the organic integration of Ideological&Political education with the teaching of internal medicine courses,adhere to the original intention of educating personnel for the CPC and China,so as to adapt to the new requirements of the new round of technological revolution for vocational education,and serve the cultivation of grassroots medical and health personnel.
