探测技术在水利引水隧道施工主洞开挖中的应用

摘要 文章对探测技术在水利引水隧道施工主洞开挖中的应用进行了研究。利用探测技术计算水利引水隧道的长度,基于探测对象与其他对象的差异性,获取探测波的传播速度与电磁参数之间的相近关系,计算水利引水隧道施工主洞长度。将红外导光器引入隧道施工主洞开挖中,通过施工测量、洞帘开挖以及一次支护,制定了主洞开挖及一次支护施工方案。为了预防主洞开挖过程中出现坍塌等地质灾害,将注浆技术引入到水利引水隧道施工主洞开挖中,根据分段钻孔注浆施工模式,构建水利引水隧道施工主洞开挖的注浆方程式,通过设置防浆墙体的结构和防浆板,计算注浆压力和扩散半径,结合引水隧道主洞注浆孔的布设,完成水利引水隧道施工的主洞开挖。实例结果表明,文中技术在主洞开挖中,能够稳定掌子面和边墙附近不良地质体探测的回波频率,并将隧道边墙的抗毁系数控制在0.9以上,根据探测结果进行施工,可以降低施工成本。 This paper studies the application of detection technology in main tunnel excavation of water diversion tunnel.The detection technology is used to calculate the length of water diversion tunnel.Based on the difference between detection objects and other objects,the close relationship between detection wave propagation velocity and electromagnetic parameters is obtained,and the length of the main tunnel in the construction of water diversion tunnel is calculated.The infrared light guide is introduced into the excavation of main tunnel construction,and the construction scheme of main tunnel excavation and primary support is formulated through the construction measurement,tunnel curtain excavation and primary support.In order to prevent geological disasters such as collapse during the main tunnel excavation,the grouting technology is introduced into the main tunnel excavation in the construction of water diversion tunnel.According to the construction mode of subsection drilling grouting,the grouting equation of the main tunnel excavation in the construction of water diversion tunnel is constructed.By setting the structure of the anti-grouting wall and the anti-grouting plate,the grouting pressure and diffusion radius are calculated and combined with the layout of the grouting hole in the main tunnel,the construction of main tunnel excavation in water diversion tunnel is completed.The example results show that the proposed technique can stabilize the echo frequency of poor geological body detection near the face and side wall during the excavation of the main tunnel,and control the damage resistance coefficient of the side wall of the tunnel to more than 0.9.Construction according to the detection results can reduce the construction cost.
