摘要
目的:探讨全真一气汤对肾不纳气型慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠肺功能及炎症因子的影响。方法:将39只SPF级雄性SD大鼠随机分成空白组(n=9)、模型组(n=10)、氨茶碱组(n=10)和全真一气汤组(n=10)。采用LPS联合烟熏造模。药物组大鼠予对应的药物灌胃,空白组及模型组大鼠用生理盐水灌胃,每日1次。28天后观察大鼠一般情况,测定大鼠用力肺活量、第0.1秒用力呼气容量和呼气峰流速、肺泡灌洗液白细胞及分类数量、血清白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子。结果:与模型组比较,氨茶碱组、全真一气汤组大鼠用力肺活量、第0.1秒用力呼气容积和呼气峰流速数值均升高(P﹤0.05),肺泡灌洗液白细胞及分类各数、血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均下降(P<0.05)。与氨茶碱组比较,全真一气汤组肺泡灌洗液白细胞及分类各数、血清IL-6、TNF-α水平下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:全真一气汤可降低COPD大鼠炎症因子水平,改善大鼠肺功能。
Objective:To approach the effects of Quanzhen Yiqi decoction on lung function and inflammatory factors in rats with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and with syndrome of failure of the kidney to recieve qi.Methods:39 male SD rats of SPF grade were randomly divided into blank group(n=9),model group(n=10),aminophylline group(n=10)and Quanzhen Yiqi decoction group(n=10).The model was made by LPS and smoking.The rats in drugs group were given corresponding drugs by gavage,while the rats in blank group and model group were given normal saline by gavage once a day.After 28 days,the general situation of rats was observed.Forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume and peak expiratory flow rate at 0.1 second,white blood cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and classified quantity,serum interleukin and tumor necrosis factor of rats were measured.Results:Compared with model group,forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume and peak expiratory flow rate at 0.1 second of rats in aminophylline group and Quanzhen Yiqi decoction group all were increased(P﹤0.05);while white blood cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and classified quantity,serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were decreased(P﹤0.05).Compared with aminophylline group,white blood cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and classified quantity,serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in Quanzhen Yiqi decoction group were decreased(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Quanzhen Yiqi decoction can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in COPD rats,and improve lung function of rats.
